Affiliate disclosure

Get Ahead Gifts is an Australian-owned gift reminder and discovery service. To keep our reminder service free for everyone, we are applying to a small number of retailer affiliate programs.

What this means

Today, links on our site take you to independent third-party Australian retailers — they handle pricing, payment, shipping and returns. Once we're approved by an affiliate program, clicking a "Shop" link and making a qualifying purchase may earn us a small commission at no extra cost to you. The price you pay is always the same as visiting the retailer directly.

Shipping

We do not currently ship products ourselves. Every product you see is fulfilled by the retailer linked from that page. Our own in-house, curated gift bundles are in development and will be clearly marked as "Shipped by Get Ahead Gifts" when they launch.

We will update this page and add the required program disclosures once each application is approved.

How we choose products

Editorial independence matters. We prioritise Australian-owned and Australian-stocked retailers wherever quality is comparable, and only feature gifts we believe our community will genuinely love. We do not accept payment for inclusion in guides or reminder suggestions, and affiliate status never influences ranking.

Your trust

If a product no longer meets our standard, we remove it. If you ever feel a recommendation isn't up to scratch, please tell us — we read every message.
